Unfortunately Apple does not allow you to run a virtual macOS or OS X on non-Apple branded hardware. Therefore, there is no such option in Workstation.

Note: macOS guests are only supported in VMware Fusion virtual machines. MacOS is specifically listed as not supported in the list of guest OSs for Workstation, and this is also stated in VMWare's Installing VMware Tools in a Mac OS Guest. There is no officially supported option to install macOS in VMWare Workstation on Windows.
